One of the staples of our menu is our fresh lobster. Not only does it taste great, it is also great for you as well. In fact, lobster is low in fat, cholesterol and calories, and high in important building blocks to good health such as magnesium, amino acids and potassium. Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon – An Atlantic salmon filet covered by a teriyaki glaze infused with sugar, and then slowly roasted on a cedar wood plank.
